Here is another render I created, with this one I learnt how to create ivy that wraps around the tree using something called a 'grease pencil'. still learning.

I also started to learn some 'Nodes' so I could create hills to add to the background but even then it still doesn't look quite right.

This short 6 second video took ages to create. the longest part was getting the sheet to move realistically with the movements underneath the sheet. It was also a huge trial and error process, most of the time the sheet would get tangled in the figure underneath and start to get 'absorbed' into parts of it.

This is the first thing I've ever animated.

I think the one thing I am disappointed about with this image is the environment that its in. There is no depth to the environment, no hills or trees or rocks etc. Id also have liked a wind factor to have been added but I spent ages trying this and I just couldn't get it to work.

With the add-on called Botaniq that I bought, there is a feature called 'Add Wind animation' so I would make everything in the selected scene editable and then apply, then one of two things would happen. It would either crash or only one piece of grass would be moving. I am new to this but I never knew it would've been this frustrating learning something which you would think be so simple.

The Animation took around 45mins to render. The first render I created of this saved every scene movement as a PNG file and not a video.

I still have lots of learning to be done.

I wish I started learning this program much sooner. I can see me using blender a lot as I'm a quick learner.

Hopefully it lets me.

Here is a render which took 6 hours and 36 mins. I let this run while I was in work using my old laptop which i am surprised didn't catch fire due to all I was asking of it,
