I Have Learnt How to Animate Grass Properly

As you can see in the video above, I have figured out how to make the foliage move like it was caught on a slightly windy day.

The inspiration for this video was my own home. I was getting a bit stuck with finding inspiration as I was going through google maps and trying to find run down shops or buildings and almost every one I would com across there would be someone in front of it or a car obscuring a part of it in some way. so I thought "Lets start at home" and it literally turned into that.

Its not completely accurate but as a test and jumping off point it was a good starter.

I created the sheet ghost in Marvellous Designer then exported that into Blender, then texturing and mapping everything else. This was more of a test piece but I think it works okay. The sound in the background I created on

garage band by just playing around with different speeds and instruments, then exporting it into another app on my iPad to change the tempo and add reverb and a echo. I feel like the sound scape goes well with the animation as it links to the title of the piece "Leaving".

What do I do Next?

I am going to continue with playing around with blender and start making other animations and renders, I might move away from the sheet...
